Jeremy Smith is a student of West Eastman High School who appears in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel.
Jeremy takes advantage of Simon's personal character by giving him the position of a trash monitor, even though there is no such thing at the school. When Simon takes his job seriously, Jeremy joins in with his friends to make fun of him as Alvin watches. Jeremy is also present at the concert at the end of the film and dances on stage with the public. In a post-credit scene, he picks up the chewing gum under the stands with Ryan and Xander as punishment for bullying the Chipmunks.
